i just did a dyno run on the weekend. My first dyno run last week was 144.7 at the wheels and 130-ft-lbs. I was running too rich so on the weekend i used the O2 wideband and came up with these results:

fuel pressure dialed down-70-73 at WOT
    BTC set at .5
157.2 at the wheel> 189 at the fly
    141.2ft-lbs> 170 at the fly

    Does this seem right?

i don't know what else to do besides dialing down the BTC to 0 degrees, but i don't want to detonate the car.

    FASTFOUR> you have a v-tec right?

    I don't have a v-tec in my car.
that should make a difference right?

I have an LS motor (non vtec) but use a VAFC. It works just fine no matter what anyone may tell you. You would be able to fine tune (as much as you can w/o a standalone) the a/f ratio's and probably squeeze 5-10 more hp out of it, not to mention the gains it may give you throughout the powerband.

what other mods do you have to make your LS motor at 168.8whp and 137ft-lbs
That 10hp gain against my 157.2whp and 132ft-lbs can make a difference. For example a header can make up the 10hp!

    BTW what is the VAFC?

There is still more in it I'm sure. I hit 168.8 and 137.2 (now 165 and 137) before my AFC. There is more in it, you just have to spend lots of time on the dyno.

The DC 4-2-1 gave me 5hp to the wheels over the DC 4-1 and my 3 inch custom CAI made 5hp and 4tq to the wheels over the AEM CAI. There is 10hp right there. Those #'s were all dyno proven as well. The VAFC is a device from Apex-i that allows you to set your VTEC point and play with a/f ratios. Since I don't have a VTEC motor I just use it for fuel adjustments.

The most I've seen from the SOHC with JRSC is around 140.
